Sandy dog paws…sofas to sit on with wet bottoms…architectural expansion…summertime reading lists…rainy day puzzles…nooks to curl up and spaces to stretch out…salty zephyr…the dog stole my stuffed animal…soft filtered light...open spaces…come on in…warm donut breakfasts…bunk room sleepovers…ping pong…coffee runs on fat tire bikes…baskets filled to the brim with breezy cotton coverlets and snug wool blankets…screen doors slamming …happiness…pitter patter of little kids feet and thumps of big kids feet…three generations creating summer memories…dinners with lifelong friends…taffy that doesn’t stick to the furniture…shirts and shoes not required…casual dining at its best…cruiser bikes and surfboards.
